Abstract

The article provides brief information about the outstanding geneticists Thomas Hunt Morgan, Mykola Mykolaiovych Hryshko, and Petro Klymentiyovych Shkvarnikov. The XXI International Scientific Conference, “Factors in Experimental Evolution of Organisms” is dedicated to the anniversaries of these geneticists. The importance of these scientific events is emphasized at a time when Ukraine is under martial law and engaged in a difficult war of liberation with russia. The articles and materials published in the collection of scientific papers “Factors in Experimental Evolution of Organisms” provide evidence that the biological, biomedical, and agrarian sciences in Ukraine continue to develop, acquiring new knowledge about living things and laying the foundations of modern biotechnology, biomedicine, and breeding.
